When you move your body on a regular basis, at a minimum of 3 times a week, you will notice positive changes in your life. You’ll experience increased strength and endurance, muscle tone, improved posture, more focus, and a more positive outlook, which results in a happier, more focused and balanced YOU!

So set goals, focus on them, and approach those goals with love and gratitude and accept the beautiful person you are inside and out.

Make use of our Tips and Learning videos. You will find corrections to help you improve your form and learn about your body and your bodies energies it’s an amazing machine!

Assessment Scale

Before you begin the revomotion 5 or revomotion 10, complete the assessment. The revomotion assessment consists of a series of 10 short videos that measure how well you can accomplish certain movements. For each video, follow along with the movement and score yourself a 1, 2, or 3 based on the demonstration. Use the following scores as a guideline.

Score Description
10-16 We recommend you stay with the revomotion 5 exercise program for 1 month before you take another assessment. Remember each day you practice you are getting stronger in your body and mind and your posture is improving! Keep focused!

Try the breathing video under the “Tips & Learning” videos section – Breath is Life.

17-24 You are almost there! We recommend you continue with the revomotion 5 program for 2 additional weeks before beginning with the revomotion 10 program!

Great tip – try increasing your wall squat time by 15 seconds a day!

25-30 Congratulations, you have reached your goal of the revomotion 5 and are ready for the revomotion 10 program – the next step to your movement revolution!

Test how well you can do a standard plank style pushup and record your results.

Test how well you can do the superman and record your results.

Test your strength in your upper shoulder bridge and neck and record your results.
