All services and classes scheduled at Weiler Academy must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for that session in full. Cancellations accepted by calling 920.288.2123 or by cancelling on the Weiler Academy App 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
For your convenience a 20% gratuity will be added to all Facial, Body and Massage services at time of booking and may be adjusted at checkout.
Due to high credit card processing fees a 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
All retail sales are final.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All packages/services purchased have an expiration date of one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
We supply robes, towels and slippers for all Spa and Floatation services. We also supply shower amenties available for use in our locker rooms. For Float Pod clients we also supply ear plugs and vaseline for irritated skin. All clients are welcome to use our cardio equipment (exception is during FLOW class as a “Quiet” space is needed) at no charge as long as a Health History form is on file and all waivers have been completed.
