Food for Thought…

I was taught as a child to work hard play hard and to celebrate life around a table filled with amazing food, the people you love and the peace within.  I want to share these recipes with you – recipes I have gathered from my Grandmothers, my amazing Mother and over 20 years of living internationally and traveling to beautiful places.  My motto has always been –  Eat real food that is as close as possible to its original state and always choose the freshest of ingredients.
