Great for breakfast & grain free!


¾ cup water
1 tsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. almond meal
3 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tbsp. chai seeds
1 tbsp. golden flax seed meal
¼ tsp. pure vanilla
Cinnamon to taste


Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl with cover and mix together well. Then place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning mix well and serve cold or warm. Add berries and a mashed banana with a little bit of honey!
