Crunchy Tuna Salad

A healthy and delicious recipe featuring albacore tuna that gives this salad a hearty flavor.

Ingredients:
1 can of Albacore Tuna in water – organic
2 fresh carrots
2 stalks of celery
1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp of aged balsamic vinegar (10 years or more) or Saba
Salt and pepper
1 Avocado or a large leaf of Romaine lettuce
Toast points for serving

Directions:

Drain Tuna. Clean and chop carrots and celery in Cuisinart. In small bowl pull tuna apart with a fork. Mix in carrots, celery and sunflower seeds. Add Balsamic and salt – pepper for taste. Cut Avocado in half and remove pit, fill with tuna mixture and serve with toast points.
